Terms of Service
Last updated July 18, 2026
These terms are an interim draft for AppWaitlist’s early release. We may revise them as the service and its paid offerings are finalized.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AppWaitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service. AppWaitlist and its original materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
2. The service
AppWaitlist provides tools for creating and publishing launch pages, collecting waitlist registrations, and reviewing launch analytics. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your personal or business launch activities.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your pages and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AppWaitlist the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you publish.
5. Acceptable use and license restrictions
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Do not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service itself except as expressly permitted by us.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or non-public components of the service, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Do not upload malware, disrupt the service, bypass security or usage limits, or access accounts and data without authorization.
- Do not use AppWaitlist to send spam or collect, process, or disclose personal information unlawfully.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these restrictions. When access ends, your right to use the service ends as well.
6. AppWaitlist intellectual property
Except for your content, AppWaitlist and its software, designs, branding, documentation, and other original materials remain the property of AppWaitlist and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use our names, logos, or trademarks except as necessary to use the service.
7. Service changes, availability, and errors
AppWaitlist is evolving. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the platform. The service may contain technical, typographical, or other errors. We do not promise that all information will always be accurate, complete, or current, and we may correct or change it without notice.
8. Plans and billing
The initial service currently includes a free plan. Additional paid plans, limits, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be disclosed before charges are introduced.
9. Third-party services and links
AppWaitlist may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppWaitlist is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that results and analytics will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppWaitlist and its operators, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as AppWaitlist evolves. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the AppWaitlist operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A specific governing jurisdiction and dispute venue will be identified before general commercial release.
